Thirty years after the Clinton administration stopped the conflict between the Army of the Republic of BiH and the Croat Defense Council (HVO), which led to the creation of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the engagement of the Biden administration arguably has been the most active since. USEA and IUS will bring together experts from both sides of the Atlantic for a conference on the Biden administration’s Bosnia policy, including the place of human rights in the Euro-Atlantic community’s policy on Bosnia.
